Christmas Delivery

For the Uk Mainland, Northern Ireland, Wales and parts of Scotland deliveries must be made by the Monday 18th December for Christmas Delivery. Deliveries for Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Southern Ireland must be made by Wednesday 13th December for Christmas Delivery.

Deliveries will cease over Christmas and New Year, between Tuesday 19th December until Wednesday 3rd January after which deliveries will commence again. You can still order your items 24 hours/day however, but there is no 48 hour or 24 hour service within this period, so goods will be sent from the 3rd January onwards. At Kidski we aim to give you the customer the best possible service that we can. We will go out of our way wherever it is physically possible to get your goods to you. (check out some of our customers comments here). To help ensure this we send everything as 'recorded delivery' which means that you have to sign for your parcel when it arrives. This helps us to track your order should anything ever go wrong. There are several types of delivery dependent upon where you live and how quickly you want your order.

Orders are usually processed on the same working day that the order is received by us (Between the normal working hours of 9am to 5pm), any order taken after that time will be processed on the next working day.

We currently use PARCELFORCE INTERNATIONAL and the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service as our carriers but may from time to time use another carrier where necessary.

We are not always able to guarantee the 48 hour and 24 hour service on orders received on Fridays.  In other words, if you place an order on the Friday, you may not actually receive your goods until the following Monday or Tuesday as deliveries are not made over the weekends.  If you have any queries at all about any aspect of deliveries please call us.
