The prices listed on this Web site are updated daily and are subject to change without notice. While we take great care to ensure the accuracy of these prices, we cannot be held liable for any pricing errors.
Please note that all products on this website are currently available to us. Our website is updated daily.
Payment is accepted by online transactions through our secure server 24 hours per day. Your order will be confirmed with an order number by e-mail and a transaction number. Your order will be processed during normal office hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm. If you wish to place and pay for an order by other means please contact us directly by e-mail at email@example.com or fax on 01202 631222 with the details.
Orders from international customers must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
When paying by credit or debit card, the 'billing address' information on your order must be the same as your credit card billing information. If this information does not agree completely, we will need to confirm with the billing contact. Also, see Shipping.
Credit card, net-terms, and prepaid orders may be sent directly to your address with the freight charges applied to your order. Your order will be processed and sent by Royal Mail Parcel Force. Orders are processed on the date of receipt and will be dispatched within 14 working days of that date.
Current delivery charges
are as follows.
The charges listed cover postage & packing up to a maximum of 30Kgs. (which covers 95% of orders sent). If the order exceeds this weight we will contact you to discuss shipping rates. If the ship-to information on your order is not the same as the bill-to information on your order and you are paying by credit or debit card, your order will require special authorization from your bill-to contact. You must provide complete bill-to contact information for your order to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case where the goods are proven to be faulty. Tax is charged for at the current rate where applicable. (Currently No VAT on most children's clothing and 17.5% for standard rated goods)
All products are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason please return them within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging stating reason for return if possible. In the case where goods are replaced more than once (for example with a different size or colour) the customer may be liable for the shipping costs but will be notified in this instance.
Products may not be returned after this period unless goods are proved to be faulty. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment selected on your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be faulty.
To ensure we process your exchange or refund quickly and efficiently please return products with the completed returns form, which is supplied with each order sent, on the back of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this please clearly state your name, address and postcode or contact us for a return form if you do not have one, so we can trace your order.
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, it is subject to the Return Policy.
If you refuse your shipment, you will be given a full credit for the return of any products. This would not include the cost of returning the goods.

We aim to provide our customers with the highest standard of service possible and will deal with any queries or complaints in the fairest manner at all times whilst observing the customers confidentiality. We will handle all queries and complaints within 5 days of us receiving them and each complaint may be used in order to improve our service.
